Hello Makeup
lovers how are you all doing? I hope you are all doing great and having a
wonderful day. I extremely apologize for not being able to post any topic
recently because I was busy with my tests. Today’s topic is a makeup review on
the Naked Foundation from Urban Decay. As it is mentioned in Urban Decay
website about this foundation: “Coverage without compromise. Our weightless
formula blurs imperfections for a flawless finish that feels invisible, but
looks professionally retouched”.
I’ve used this foundation for several times, as I bought the
lightest shade no 0.5 for fair and pink undertone skin. I believe that this
foundation is considered to be one of the most favourite foundations ever as I
am fully satisfied with the results:
-
It is absolutely weightless: the
foundation gives a natural finishing touch, makes the face look professionally
retouched, and does not make the face look cakey.
-
Full
coverage: the foundation covers up all the blemishes, dark circles and any
dis-coloration. Every time I apply this foundation I tend to skip applying
concealer since it already does a great job in covering up all the
imperfections.
-
Long
lasting: without the use of setting spray or long lasting primers, this
foundation tends to last for more than 4 hours as I personally have used for
almost 6 hours and the results are same.
-
Easy
applicator: the foundation comes with a pump which makes it easier to decide
on the needed amount. Moreover it only requires a minimum amount to apply
because the liquid tends to be easily blend able and gradually builds up all
around the face.
It is clear that this foundation is worth buying since it has many
great benefits and it is suitable for all skin types. The only downside I have
to mention is the smell of the foundation. Even though it remains for a very
short amount of time however it is a bit irritating. Nevertheless I still adore
this foundation. You can find it in Sephora or in Urban Decay website (www.urbandecay.com) as
it is sold for $39.00 (O.R 15.00). I hope you all enjoyed reading this post let
me know if you have any extra information regarding this foundation.
