Favorites│All Time Favorite Play Station Games

16 years ago, I lived two lives in two different worlds. One of them is called reality; the other one is called NAUGHTY DOG. I'm just kidding, what I meant to say is I started playing video games. Video games are really fun; it takes you to a whole new world and an amazing experience. Nowadays, video games are filled with multiple endings that are based on your decisions. Although I played multiple video games, there are six games that are truly unforgettable. These games are very special to me and I'll tell you why. Here are my all time favorite PS games:-

#6: Crash Tag Race (Play Station 1)
First game I have ever played in PS1, CTR is a game where you get to choose a character and race with 7 other characters. You can play both solo and teams. Although it's an old game yet it is still unforgettable. I enjoyed playing arcade which involved many challenges along with winning the race. I also loved playing cup races with my cousins as I was the fastest of them all. Lastly I loved the battle game where me and my cousins have to hit each other using different tools and while driving. If I still have this game, I would definitely play it once again.

#5: Tomb Raider (PC & PS)
Tomb Raider is one of my favorite childhood games. My dad bought the PC version when I was 7-8 years old and I enjoyed playing it so much. The game features a woman who hunts ancient treasures that are found in ancient and dangerous places around the world. What I loved about this game is adventure. You get to do quite a lot of stuff like climbing mountains, swimming, hunting, and best of all killing villains. In addition to that, I loved challenges that were set in PS3 version. Most challenges included finding rarest treasures, skins, and other stuff too. Moreover, I loved secret passages, arenas and caves. You must try it out or you'll really regret not doing so.

#4: Uncharted (Play Station 4)
Uncharted is a gaming series where Drake travels the world in search for deep dark ancient secrets and treasures. This game is similar to Tomb Raider however is differs from two perspectives: story and adventure. In Uncharted there are no side missions but there are tons of challenges. One of continuous challenges is searching for 100 relics that can be found throughout the game. As the story progresses, Drake finds himself being chased by different men who aim to take advantage of his knowledge and research. Another thing I love about this game is graphics. I enjoyed the view of caves, waterfalls, and everything while playing. Lastly, I love the fact that in each version, the game changes and becomes unexpected. This game is the only PS3 game my cousins and I share in common as we all love it and enjoy playing it.

#3: Silent Hill (Play Station 1)
Here comes my all time favorite horror video game, Silent Hill. This game is about a man who was going on vacation with his daughter to a town called Silent Hill. While he was driving, he had an accident and lost conscious. When he woke up, his daughter went missing so he starts searching for her in Silent Hill. He finds out that Silent Hill is a haunted town and encounters strange events. Will he be able to find his daughter, or will he be a victim in Silent Hill? I played this game when I was 9 years old, it frightened me so much and it is second most scary games I have ever played, after Silent Hill Playable Teaser (PS4). The game is scary, mysterious, and challenging. There are so many traps, locked doors, and different arenas that you will need to explore. The story is also one of the things that I loved about this game as it was interesting and emotional. I was all the time curious to know where and how will the hero find his daughter. Last but not least, I loved the atmosphere of the game. It is really scary, unexpected, and terrifying. I got spooked several times. Because of this game, I played almost all Silent Hill games in all Play Stations. I strongly advise you to give it a try even though it's an old game but it's worth your time.

#2: The Last of Us (Play Station 3 & 4)
Good time to write about this game because I'm playing it again on a Grounded Difficulty Level, the hardest level. This game is about a smuggler who lives in a town that has been infected by an incurable disease. People who are infected lose their minds and start attacking all human beings that are still alive. Similar to zombies but not like them. While chasing the backstabber, the smuggler, along with his partner, meets a woman who asks them to smuggle a 14 year old kid into another destination in exchange for merchants. After they agree, they encounter strange creatures, discover new places, and uncover secrets. Will they be able to smuggle this child, or will they get infected? This is one of best PS3 games ever. It is challenging, thrilling, and mysterious. I love the story and the adventure. You get to escape, invent different tools and collect gears for guns. As you progress; it gets harder and better. I also love graphics of the game. It was detailed and eye-catching. All sceneries were truly amazing to watch. Lastly, I love extra challenge that was added to the game which is finding collectables. This kind of challenges spice up the game and make it more exciting. If there is only one game you would ask me to recommend you playing in PS3 it would be this game.

#1: Resident Evil Code Veronica X (Play Station 2)
Finally we reached to my number 1 favorite game, RECVX. This is a gaming series where the heroin gets caught by a corporation that is involved in Bio Terrorism. When she gets released, she tries to uncover the corporation's dark secrets as well as escape the arena. Will she be able to do both, or will she be a victim? I can easily say that this is by far the best game I have ever played in terms of story-telling, challenges, adventure, and graphics. The story is truly amazing. It is thrilling, mysterious, and surprisingly emotional. It was really overwhelming and touching. The challenges included locked doors, zombies, traps and more. In addition to that, the game involved finding, mixing, and using many items in different methods. Moreover, graphics were truly amazing at that time, very detailed and eye catching. Lastly, I love soundtracks of this game to the point I'm still listening to them (even right now) and most of the time I get asked about them. I have never found any game similar to this, even though RE has released many games, but this was unique enough to be my number 1 favorite game of all time. If you haven't tried it, you are missing a trophy.

I hope you enjoyed reading this post; I apologize if it is too long but I wanted to share all details that I love about each game I played. Hope you have a nice day and see you next with new post.
